Breaking Free from Fear-Based Decision Making

Updated: Jul 18

When we make decisions based on fear, we often create rules and expectations for ourselves and others. We begin to see the world through the lens of our fear, which can limit our potential and hold us back from making choices that serve our best interests. However, even if we have a good heart and are kind to others, we are not immune to pain, betrayal, and grief.

We must learn to heal and unpack our pain to overcome these feelings. Doing so lets us choose how our experiences shape our future decisions. Instead of allowing our trauma to control us, we can embrace our experiences and learn beautiful lessons from them.

It's important to understand that our trauma doesn't have the right to make all the decisions in our lives. We can challenge ourselves and find ways to change our behavior patterns. We deserve to make decisions with peace, confidence, and trust in ourselves.

By choosing to trust ourselves over our trauma, we can begin to take control of our lives and make decisions that align with our values and goals. We can let go of our fears and embrace a brighter, more positive future.
